Number
of illegally locked resources caught in the register of banned sites due to the
blocking by IP, currently exceeded three thousand. It is reported by the project
"RosKomSvoboda." Since the previous monitoring conducted by the
project in the "black list" made another 19
IP-addresses, and remove it from the five. But since some IP-address is a
number of sites, the number of bona fide resources caught in the register
because of the "neighborhood" with the offending hosts, has grown
significantly. In the previous report "RosKomSvobody" of December 17,
it was reported that in the register of banned sites listed more than two
thousand conscientious resources. Only then was tested 87 IP-addresses from the
"black list." "RosKomSvoboda" also notes that the registry
does not remove those IP-addresses from which the banned sites had information
transfer.
Register
of banned sites earned the first of November. By law, if the owner of a
resource or hosting provider refused to remove the forbidden information
Roskomnadzor makes the "black list" of the entire site and its
IP-address. Internet service providers, in turn, are required to block access
to those addresses. For the first month it was repeatedly hit popular resources
such as "Lurkomore", Google and YouTube. In some cases this was due
to technical failures. At the beginning of the "black list" Pirate
Party of has launched a resource "RosKomSvoboda." He, in particular,
published instructions on how to get to the forbidden Roscomnadzor sites.
